Description

Stay connected and navigate with ease using the Cycle/Bike Phone Holder, designed for secure attachment to your bike’s handlebars. This innovative phone holder features a 3D printed screw, providing a sturdy yet lightweight solution for keeping your phone in place during rides. Ideal for cyclists who use GPS or track fitness metrics, the holder keeps your phone visible and accessible, allowing you to ride safely without needing to hold it.

Made from durable 3D-printed materials, the holder is compatible with a variety of phone sizes and can be easily adjusted for optimal viewing angles. The 3D printed screw is specifically designed to provide a secure fit, ensuring your phone remains stable on even the bumpiest rides. For added grip on the handlebar, applying foam tape can help reduce movement of the cycle mount.

Features:

  • Material: High-quality, durable 3D-printed plastic (PLA)
  • 3D Printed Screw: Securely fastens the holder to handlebars, providing reliable stability
  • Compatibility: Fits a range of phone sizes and allows for adjustable viewing angles
  • Design: Sleek and lightweight, perfect for cyclists who value functionality and style

Ideal for daily commuting, weekend rides, or mountain biking, the Cycle Mount Phone Holder with 3D Printed Screw ensures your phone stays in place, giving you hands-free access to navigation and fitness apps.

I printed this today and works awesome, my husband suggested butterfly caps for the screws or something similar to the cap on the slider, more easy to handle. But I consider the screws are not something you keep manipulating, only the phone slider

can you make a holder that's wider for the bigger phones or thicker cases? and also make the two jaws that grab the phone stick out more

Hi, I printed your project but the bolts can't tighten, because the thread of the 2 clamps doesn't work. Could you create 2 nuts to be able to tighten the bolts well?

Hi, I haven’t encountered this issue myself, but I’ve added two hex nut screws in the print profile, along with the 3D print profile for them (see attached image). Please let me know if there are any other ongoing issues. Thanks for the feedback!

Hey, thanks for the feedback! Do you think printing in PETG could improve the strength of the print?

Two simple halves are secured to the cycle screw with hex screws to attach the mobile mount, and a thumb screw is used to fasten and tighten the mobile onto the mount.
