Description

This is a remix of the Voronoi Chicken by @M4Trix and the Fake Egg by @Botaz19.

Important: Print the egg first (so that answers that question :-)

There is a pause in the print of the Chicken, drop the egg in, then resume the print.

Update: I added a second profile with a brim and more support, if you are having trouble getting it to stick use that one.

Would you have any idea as to why the breast area failed? I used the extra support for A series.

Best guess filament calibration or damp filament - what filament are you using?

It is GEEETECH. I have used almost this entire role on different prints and it’s not had any issues. It’s the rainbow silk.

I may try it again with a different filament.

Mine printed really good with PLA, and the pause on the print worked well.

How do you get the egg inside of the chicken?

You have to print the egg first, and there is a pause in the print that allows you to place the egg inside the chicken while the print almost half way done, then it resumes.

I don’t know what I did wrong but I could never get the egg to come out smooth.

Hmmm, don't know - maybe increase the Support Top Z distance to 0.3. The other thing to try is the profile with less support and set the infill to lightening which causes less nozzle drag

I suggest closing the gaps in the base layer of the feet to improve adhesion. I tried doing it in bambu studio but I am still quite the noob.

That is odd, using the support setting in the profile? bed leveling enabled?
