Came out looking really good. Thanks for this! I think the only possible suggestion I could imagine is it would've been nice if all the pieces fit into a printable grid of the same shape. That would require making each piece a little smaller though to keep it the same size. I can imagine that wouldn't be an easy thing to do, still love the model but assembling it had me worried if everything was lining up as it should be. But once it's done minor imperfections are pretty much impossible to notice.

how can i make it expandable by adding more and more to make it the size I want
