Description

The next evolution of my fabric experiments!

Based on fabric #18, this new version has a opposed tile structure that give it a totally unique look and feel.

Change colors half way through for a mind-blowing effect!

8 Sizes to choose from. No supports, scales up but probably not down. Fun tactile/fidget toy. Satisfying.

This is an EXPERIMENTAL FABRIC and having pieces come off while printing is normal! You may have to restart or try a smaller model. (Hairspray worked for me) Brims are not advised because they are impossible to remove.

Got filament stuck in the tool head and extruder.

Great print in PETG. Pretty useless except as a fidget piece but I love it. My computer is old so took forever to slice. Got a really clean print on my second try. Slowed down the speed and added a z-hop and some retraction.

Recommendations: Use PEI sheets, textured sheet has the WORST adhesion. Start with a smaller model. Use glue or hairspray to help if necessary

print keeps failing despite using smooth plate with glue on the slowest speed with the proper settings

I'm sorry, not sure what else you can do. I almost never get a fail now. Have you tried to dry the filament?

Recommendations: Do NOT use textured sheet. Start with a smaller model. Use hairspray or PEI sheet. This model is made of hundreds of pieces, one might pop off so slow down and be patient, the final product is worth it.
