Description

If you are scanning objects that are quite symmetrical, then you need markings that show the scanner what it is currently scanning.

You can use stickers to highlight prominent areas, OR you can place these little helpers to show the scanner where it is currently located.

About the markers Design:

Basic shape hexagon, so that you always see 2-3 sides and not just 1-2 as with a rectangle.
Conically tapered, worked better when scanning than bodies extruded straight upwards.
Initially only had dots on it, there were still track losses due to the rotation, the result was significantly better with the icons. So every second page has a different symbol, so you can easily identify it here.

Perfect print, although I modified the print profile slightly to my liking. Now I just need to show if they work well in actual use.

They have served me well so far. For stubborn shapes, I stuck on a few of the dots, which reflect even more. 🖖
