Description

This set includes screws, nuts and washers of all kinds

ISO 4017
DIN 933

With smaller screws and nuts, it is necessary to set the height as low as possible so that the screw works correctly for example at M3, M4 and M5

The screws are optimized for easy twisting, but if there is a problem with any type, write it in the comments and I will fix it

I tested it from PLA and they worked fine

NO SUPPORT!

There is a bonus in files for people who often lose their extension :)

worked great printed in pla plus threads held up fine and secured nicely in this phone stand. I did use superglue on the joint just in case we'll see how it holds up over time against shearing.

dry your filament, this stringing mostly happens with wet filament

I printed M4s in various lengths. While they looked really good and I had high hopes, the nuts and bolts did not thread together past the first turn. I think the larger bolts would have better luck though

Had some issues with a .4mm nozzle

This is called "stringing". Try to dry your filament.

great collection. m3 is a bit difficult to print with a .4 nozzle

Thank you. It certainly is, I did my best to make a profile that would work with a .4 nozzle. Hope it fit together.

i managed to get M4 to work on a .4 nozzle using .12 fine settings and then added a .1 xy hole compensation to the nut and it worked. i will try the M3 as well but im.pretty sure it will work as long as you add the compensation. tolerance is just a little too tight on .4 nozzle otherwise.

Glad you liked it, sorry it didnt fit perfect. seems like its 50/50 here. I appreciate the honest rating. 1 star reviews bother me since I know plenty of people are able to print even the smallest screws with no issues. My suggestion for you is to be absolutely sure your filament is dry, nozzle tip is clean(since they are tall and skinny, bumping into them can have a big impact), and proper flow rate and flow dynamics greatly help as well. Could also turn down the speed & acceleration a bit

this is a really good design and the screws are perfect for basic use. the strength also seems good. the screws were perfect for the project and have not shown any signs of wear. I would suggest if you could make it compatible with Allen wrenches or screwdrivers as screwing it in is kind of hard. the print profile is also very good as it didn’t take much time to print as printed with no defects. making the length a bit easier to understand would be helpful. thank you for such an amazing design.
