Description

Update 24/10 :

Add two new profiles with another distance from the wall, to install bigger RC cars.

A simple part to install your RC car on the wall.

The car is supported by the suspension arms, and with this solution the tires are not deformed.

Printed with PLA, this holder is very strong.

Is this the 1/5? And did you use PLA? (I have the 1/5 Kraton, such an awesome car, and am looking for a hook solution).

It is the 1/8 version (6s from way back) but if you print the big hook I don't think you will have any problems. It is ridiculously sturdy hook. I printed it in PLA and it is hard to make it flex with brute force. And even if it did break I bash my cars harden then the fall from the wall. :) And yes the Kraton is awesome

No problem, did not hang many of my larger RCs due to tires being thicker then the mount so i does not reach. But I hanged the hooks up in my shed for shovels and the like and they work great!

Thank for the feedback! I don’t have monster truck, but if you want I can upload a model with more lenght and/or angle to install your RC car. How many millimeter are missing ?

For my crawler it needs to come out about 11cm from the wall to grab there axels. And for the bigger trucks like Arrma Kraton or Traxxas E-revo 10th scale, around nine. Currently it goes out around 6.8-7 cm. I really preferer your hook since it puts less strain on the tires.
