This design is for most rack systems with 36-38mm.

I designed it to use ¾ PVC pipe and ½ PVC pipe. I also added a honey cone design to decrease the filament needed and increase strength.

You will need for this design:

• 3/4" PVC Pipe or 1/2'" PVC Pipe, (2) approx. 38" long (measure the width of your rack for exact measurement
• (6) 5mm Inserts
• (6) M5 Screws

Recommended print settings:

• 2 Perimeters/Walls
• 3 Bottom/Top layers
• 15% infill
• 0.2mm layer height
• No Supports needed
