This is a my mod system to the incredible Sunbu Labs creation/project by https://makerworld.com/en/@Mr.X3D
I studied the lifting system for this system, because the ones I found already on this site were fine at the beginning, then I found it difficult to change filament spool. So thanks to one of these methods, that of https://makerworld.com/it/@benjibenji45, I managed to create this incredible system to raise and block the system and be able to easily change the filament spool, change drying salts... and much more more in case of problems with the filaments.
Istructions:
The measurements for cutting aluminum tubes: 2 pieces of 23.5x23.5x1.5, both length 31.5 cm
Two pieces of 20x20x1.5 cutting length 31,3 cm both. Once the large tube has been inserted into the foot (bottom part), screw the 4 mm screw (use a drill and threader), then insert the central part into this tube and slide it until it locks with the two pieces in the joint of the lateral PTFEs of the sunlu s4. Then insert the upper part, fit it onto the large tube, now insert the small tube as far as it will go, apply holes in the upper part of the sunbu lid. 4mm screws. place the cap on the small tube and make a 4 mm threaded hole in the central part of the upper piece. Game done, I'll post a video soon.
