Table card holder for parties or gathering to label foods on the table!
no supports required. i added in my own support. it has a 0.28 gap. made for 0.28 layer height although i imagine a lower layer height can work as well. but i didnt test it. it comes off extremely nice. finger flickable.
you just push the pin into the hole of the card slot, a bit of force might be required. but it never broke. and its a nice click when it goes in. very secure.
overall i have zero issues with it. its tilted at a slight angle so the card is displaying at a angle upwards rather than straight ahead.
The model certainly can be improved. i didnt put too much effort into it, as such im posting its step file for anyone who wants to improve it.
The model is quite thin but sturdy. but when printing just one piece, it doesnt have enough time to cool so the overhang section will look pretty bad. you can play around increasing min layer time or slowing min print speed as well. i was able to print 8 at a time on the A1 and had zero defects that way.
