Description

Don't Let this Ominous Spider's Appearance Fool You! It's Actually Quite Friendly…

Here is a piece of decor/semi-useful object to add some spice to your home this fall! Simply set your drink on its web and watch as it holds it in place!

Taking ~2 Hours to print all of the parts, this spider will be up and running with plenty of time before the big holiday arrives!

Slicing Notes for Non-AMS Users (like myself):

-There is a pause on layer 10 for the Web Coaster for you to switch from white to black filament.

Required Supplies:

-All Printed Parts

-Super Glue (For End Caps)

Assembly is as follows:

STEP 1:

Attach the Webbed Hinge to the body of the spider with one of the Hinge Pins.

STEP 2:

Then attach the Web Coaster to the Webbed Hinge with the other Hinge Pin.

STEP 3:

Using super glue, attach one (or two) Hinge Caps to the ends of different rows. You DO NOT want to block both ends of the tunnels.

STEP 4:

Starting from the non-plugged end, slide the Hinge piece in as you line the legs up one at a time. (Top to bottom leg order: Big, Small, Small, Big).

PART 2:

After completing step 5, repeat Step 4 on the other side.

STEP 5:

Super glue the other Hinge Cap to the other side, sealing the the Hinge inside of the tunnel.

PART 2:

After completing Part 2 of Step 4, repeat Step 5 on the other side.

STEP 6:

Fold that sucker down and give it a test!

Enjoy!!
