These Nunchucks are within the American Martial Arts Alliance length specifications for Nunchucks and Chain.

**THESE ARE NOT WEAPONS** They are plastic and could break, bend, etc… depending on how you construct your custom Nunchucks will depend on how strong they are. Recommend to be printed with PETG filament but PLA is an option if they are for display only. 

Choose your own Adventure multiple “chain” options:

• Option 1 (for a smooth bearing motion):
  • (4) Included 3D Print Vibe 1.5" Chain Links Deboss Edition (https://makerworld.com/en/models/685456#profileId-614041)
  • (2) Included 3D Print Vibe 30mm O RING (https://makerworld.com/en/models/663756#profileId-591037)
  • (1) Included 3D Print Vibe Pivot
  • (2) Included 3D Print Vibe Washers
  • NOT INCLUDED: 4 zip ties OR 2 Screws OR 2 Locking Pins.
  • Attach Nunchuck Pivot to Nunchuck Top, then add Washer to top of Pivot, then chose your connectivity option through the hole in the Nunchuck Top. If using zip ties, ensure to use two zip ties per top and placed above the Washer (which is above the Nunchuck Pivot). 
  • Attach the 4 Chain Links together with 1 O RING on each end. Slide the O RIng over the top-section of the Pivot.
  • THE O RING IS NOT SOLID TO ALLOW INSTALL, which means if you use this option know that the O RING does have a space and could slip when spinning.
• Option 2:
  • NOT INCLUDED: (1) Rope = Attach rope through loop at each Nunchuck top and secure tightly. The use of the Nunchuck Pivot is optional with the rope.

One-plate A1 Mini printing with No Supports is the design (video on IG in profile). However if filament extrusion or 3D Printer are not dialed in, knocking over of pieces could occur. Place the objects and re-arrange on separate plates, adjust speeds, and re-calibrate.

Screw botton Nunchuck Handle tightly into Nunchuck Top but DO NOT overtighten as it could break threads or object body. If body is broken apply strong glue of your choice into the channel in the Nunchuck Top then glue the Nunchuck Handle with raised seal into the channel.
