Description

After 2 consecutive multi color print fail due to purge clogged and nock out the nozzle cover, I then try to find some solution and try out “poop chute system” by lars.komm. too bad I had the nozzle wiper upgraded with “ultimate nozzle wiper” by Technerd which have extra thickness from the tube. I try to trim out both tube and the cover but it still too tight so I create a new model that have enough space to fit with the ultimate nozzle wiper.

I printed this with PETG-CF and PETG keeps clumping right here. is that just because they are the same material?

I'm not sure about that but I don't think so. What I did when there are too many of this happen was rotate the silicone tube a bit so that the cutting line move aside and uncut tube is the one wiping the nozzle directly. sometime when the cutting line of the silicone tube just in between the nozzle path, it just grab the ooze and got stuck there instead.

Aside from the somewhat unsightly support connections, everything else is excellent

it's great, but i feel you should note that the orientation of the print profile is wrong and needs to be flipped. by default, your 3mf files has it printing the way it's installed... with the flat big space up top... with no supports. running this from my phone was a mistake. easy print and works great... but a lot of folks print from phone and without even a word of caution.... this can cause headaches.
