I saw a wooden Portable watercolour palette online, but it isn't have all of the features i wanted in a portable watercolour palette to have, because it didn't have enough pans or separated mixing trays, so I created this.
To connect the two parts together there are holes cut out in the two pallet parts, these have been designed to fit 3mm diameter circular magnets. Due to inaccuracy in 3D printing, you may need to use a knife or drill bit to increase the size of the holes to allow the magnets to fit in.
To stick the magnets to the palette parts, I would recommend using super glue.
To attach the pallet to a sketchbook or clipboard, you may want to use a large bulldog clip.
As something to wipe my brush on, I added a small piece of foam I cut out and placed into one of the mixing trays.
