Description

Since I already have a kit for X1C and I also have A1, I wanted to do something similar. To make it easy to empty and put back into use. Next, print out the bracket and put it on the printer. Then we simply loop the basket over the guide. It's made at an angle so that it doesn't accidentally fall down when printing. If you have a press with huge changeovers, simply remove and slide the larger bin underneath. I hope you enjoy this invention of mine :)

15.10.2024- Added an anti-noise plate to reduce vibration noise, an idea that came from one of you users and that I have tested. The noise is reduced quite a lot and the consumption is only 5g. I removed the top layer and it is inserted into the container and the smooth side is turned on top.

5.11.2024 At the request of a user, I have added a profile for AMS lite Top Mount For A1

20.11.2024 It is updated to make the basket more fixed and to reduce that unpleasant rattle. To counteract the rattle, I still recommend TPU which is specially prepared. Thank you for your trust and I apologise for the inconvenience.

Your model is so good. I have printed it and been using. But, when I decided to top mount an AMS, the stabilizing part along the base of the z-axis hits the back of your model. If you can edit your model and shorten the back side of the poop basket (about one cm), I can continue to use your nice model. Thank you.

The white part is the stand that acts as a support to the z-axis. When the nozzle goes down, your models back side touches the white belt which is around the z-axis (in red circle). Reducing 1 cm. will be enough to avoid the touch.

husband texted me about my fail print…. and the stupid cat eating the discard poop from the A1 mini. started scouring a poop bin that has a cover and found this awesome print! it printed very nice and fits absolutely perfectly on the machine. thank you for releasing various versions since I picked one with solid bottom so reduces likelihood of the tiny plastic fibber from escaping. car tax on top.

I think so, here is a picture with nozzle on the bed and it have some space under the poop bucket. When you move the printing head totally to the left side und the press it down it will touch the standing but I think this position will never comes. But i will testet it later and report. ;-)

A good model deserved praise! One suggestion: It would be cool with a version wIth a more rectangular handle with rounded corners. I think it would follow the design language of the A1 better, since it has lot of 90° bend rounded corners. I provide a picture for reneference of what I mean 😄

The reason I used a 45° angle is to make printing easier. Rounded doesn't print well or needs a lot of support because the angle is less than 30. But I can make you a model like this :)

The handle is the reason I haven't printed this as yet. I'm sure it would still work as good without it there. Maybe would look nice with the bamboo logo there instead. 🤷🏼
