A simple pipe lagging jig with a 3 inch inner diameter. I made this for insulating ¾" copper pipe with 7/8" ID x 1" wall thickness foam pipe insulation after I was unable find any available jig designs of a sufficiently large diameter.
It has a flat rib down the back to keep things square when cutting on a benchtop, and a small marker at the halfway mark on either side of the upper guide to assist in centering the seam in your insulation for side to side rather than front to back cuts.
You may not need to print with supports but my printer had difficulty with curling on the 45 degree overhang and supports were a great solution for me.
