Description

I created this adapter to mount Ikea Skadis to Ikea Bror.

In my project I used bror with 84x54 cm shelves but these adapters are potentially compatible for all other dimensions by choosing the correct skadis panel. You can also decide whether to mount the skadis panel on one or more sides.

Please note: you may need to cut the panel.

Follow the instructions based on the type of adapter to be mount:

I choose configuration 1.Back and side panels and the BoM is as follows:

x32 Screw M5x16

x1 Ikea Skadis 76x56cm
x2 Ikea Skadis 56x56cm (Please Note: it is necessary to cut the panel to the width of 460mm)

Simply lovely. Excellent model, explanation and solution. Thank you for putting in such work. This solution has helped me to further maximize the small space I have available. I had two Skadis panel laying around so I went ahead and tried this. I had to cut down the side Skadis panel by 4,5 cm to make it fit and had to drill two hole to make it fit. Due to the size of my bror, the 39 CM deep version, I also had to remove part of the Skadis behind the A1 mini. This is easily done with a multitool and it now allows suffcient room for the power cable and table cable.

Sure! The individual pieces are smaller than the build plate. You will probably need to make more prints than the A1

When I try to print it using my A1 mini, the app says "Incompatible printer model"

Because the print profile I created is for the large plate and it is not possible to print directly from the app on the smaller plate. It is necessary to open the file from the PC and arrange the pieces on the small plate
