Simple joint filler.

Drop the pre-made/rolled paper into the tube, fill with whatever substance you want, pull the joint out the bottom.

Twist the end of your paper / joint to your liking.

Tested only with Blazy Susan short paper, added files in case anyone wants to modify it.
