Design Intent:
After long-term use, the bearings on top of the Z-axis lead screw of our printer will accumulate a lot of dust, affecting the stability of the printer. Moreover, the recessed position is not easy to clean, so I designed this Mario Z-axis dust cover to protect our Z-axis bearings.
Applicable: Bambu P1, X1 series printers
Regarding Printing:
This is an easy-to-print model, you can try it with confidence. The material usage is 3g, and the printing time is 15 minutes (two).
Print using 0.2 layer height. If you want a smoother top print, you can enable the "Top Surface Ironing" function in the print settings.
We designed a two-color scheme, you can print with AMS perfectly.
Of course, if you do not have the AMS color change system, you can also print by manually changing colors. The operation steps: After slicing, add a "pause" at the 13th layer, then manually change the color and continue printing.
