Overview

The Tactile Fidget Rings toy comes in multiple styles.

Basic (just the rings - no textures)
Lines (tilted almost-vertical lines)
Knurled (for extra “grippynes”)
Layers (simulating thick 3D printing layers)
Honeycomb (hexagonal textures)

If also comes in 4 MIX versions! In the mix versions, every ring has a different texture for you to enjoy. Which one is your favorite - please share and comment!

None! This is print-in-place :-)

Here is a few ideas for slicer-settings:

Speed on first layer: 50% (To ensure good bed adhesion take your time here!)
Supports: NO supports
Brim: NO brim

I was able to print the rings in different colors but haven't figured out how split them the way you did yet in the slicer.

@tenova If you're using a Bambu printer you can pause the print, either at the printer or through Studio, do a filament change and then resume the print. Scary at first but super easy. It seems like @printnewbie just lets the filament run out, loads another remnant, presses resume, and repeats until the job is finished. Another way is to slice your model, move the vertical slider to the spot you want to make the filament change, and right click the plus to add a pause. You can do this at multiple times in the slice if you like. Each time the print gets to that point the machine will pause, you can change the filament, and then resume the print. Good luck!

Such a fun print! I printed with two different tricolor pla silks and it makes for a fun effect! Planning to use these as prizes in the classroom and I think these will be a hit with the kids.
