Simple passthrough bulkhead mount / support for PTFE filament tubing.

Single 4.2mm central through hole targeting a slip fit on PTFE tubing.

Four 3.2mm mounting through holes for M3 bolts or typical 3.2mm pop rivets.

In my application I used two of these parts, one each side of a metal bulkhead to protect the PTFE tube from the sharp metal edge. I expect this will be the typical use case so two are included on the print plate as separate objects.

NOTE, this is a tight tolerance part designed around the nominal dimensions of typical PTFE tubing, some calibration my be required for your printer and or application. I was doubly caught out, firstly because different PTFE tubing I have is of very slightly different outside diameters, and secondly as my PETG printed parts came out slightly smaller than designed due to material shrinkage. This was no issue in my case as I had just the right drill bits to chase out the through holes. If you require many of these parts it may well be worth printing one measuring and scaling the part in your slicer to get the exact fit on your PTFE tubing without need for post print processing steps.
