I made two handlebar grips for my kids bike. Tried printing them with 0.08 layers but this caused to much stringing so I stuck to a layerhight of 0.28 and smaller layers for the top spherical part.

To adjust the fitting size you can select the negative cilinder and sphere in the objects menu and scale the diameter to whatever is needed.

I've added a fitting model on a second printbed so you can test what ever diameter fits best.
I ended up printing with a 0.1mm smaller diameter than what I measured on the bike which resulted in a tight fit but still easy to install (with TPU).
