Description
UPDATE: After some initial feedback, I have updated this model to include a new top! This version will have holes to hook your snap swivel instead of wrapping it around. I did leave some holes open so you can still use the slits to wrap the line around and feed to the top. The top is still compatible with the same base.
This is a new version of my Dipsy Diver holder, this one will be separate as it's a new design with speed in mind. If you need every second on the water, this will help speed up deployment greatly.

M2x25 philiips cap (30 also works but sticks out a little) bolt
