Can you help? After downloading the file on the prepare screen the cup looks perfect to print. As soon as I slice it and it moves to the next phase, it adds these arms/branch looking things on it, which is how it printed because I didn't look that closely after slicing! Any advice would be greatly appreciated on how to get the standard handle. Thanks!!

those are the tree supports. they just break off. they are necessary for a successful print 😁

there will be some on the lid and topper as well. they are easier to remove if ya let the part cool down first

Is there a trick in printing the straw part. Mine are coming out like trash.

I have printed several in multiple teams using the same settings and have never had an issue. I am not sure what it could be for you. you are the first to mention this.

I’m gonna dry the filament. I’m using petg instead of pla. we shall see if that corrects my issue.

Actually boosting the longhorn cup you sent thanks need to clean and recalibrate but it looks better than the picture shows it .
