Printed with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height

NOTE: I mistakenly printed the cover with the lettering cut out all the way through, instead of imbedded as intended. I was surprised it turn out ok anyway. LOL. The file uploaded has the imbedded lettering as originally intended.
