Use the triangular peg to join the Trays side to side. Each peg has a notch to prevent losing it in the frame. 

Trays are available in (25mm, 50mm 100mm, 200mm, and 250mm) or (0.98in 1.97in 3.94in 7.87in, and 9.84in) widths. If you would like any other widths leave me a comment.  Pick the Widths you need and place them on one tray.  

Why the drawer and not a cabinet? Given the depth of most cabinets, I found you have to dig for your spices. Laying them down in a drawer lets you see all your specs at once. Tilting the spices keeps them from rolling as much and re-claims some of the vertical space. 
Why not just stand the spicing in the drawer to maximize your storage?  I found some of my spices were too tall. Also, I do not want to label. But that may be the best idea if you're going all out.
