Description

I created this rugged box to hold the VIFLY whoopstor 3 1s lipo charger with a mini USB charger with Power Delivery (PD) and the USB C cable.

 

I made 2 versions:

  1. wall thickness 2.4mm (lid insert bottom thickness 1.6 mm)
  2. wall thickness 1.2mm (lid insert bottom thickness 1.2 mm)

 

the box insert was made in 2 versions:

  1. for USB charger is a “toocki mini fast charger 33W ”
  2. for USB charger is a "USAM mini fast charger 30W "

 

NOTE:

  • be careful when printing the inserts. If you see any imperfections in the print on the outside (due to your printer), it is better to use a file and remove the excess parts on the bottom. This way the insert will fit perfectly.

     

  • I don't think it is really necessary, but if you want you can add a sheet of foam in the lid
