Hi everyone 😊

I designed a hook for ikea skadis, there are three sizes 10, 15 and 20 mm.

stable, strong and less material waste with easy to remove supports.

After inserting it into the board you have to rotate it 90 degrees to the left or right To be fixed on the board. 

I created 4 print profiles. You can choose the print profile that suits you.

I recommend not changing the layer height and using my settings to get the best results.

Thank you for the review, what material did you use to print with? PLA? Did you make any changes to the print profile settings?

Great pins to hold stuff in a SKADIS board. They are easy to install and move around so it's very good for temporary things. I printed a bunch and had a couple of them break off when removing the supports and a couple break when installing (while twisting to lock). I printed them using PLA Matte, so that might be why they are more brittle than usual. I recommend printing these in PETG as they need to twist to lock and this twisting motion causes the material to be tightened.

Thank you for the feedback, I currently don't have petg but I will try it when I get it, from the feedback I got I noticed that there is a slight difference in the thickness of the board from one user to another, can you measure the thickness of the board you have ?

Caliper isn't very accurate, so the numbers were jumping a little. Should be between 5.2mm and 5.3mm

Thank you for the review, sorry to hear that but I did a lot of testing to make sure the strength and fit, In addition to the people who have tried it, I do not think the problem is with the design. can you tell me what type of filament you used as they play a big role in the final result ?

Hi, i have the same problem when i rotate. My filament is Bambu Lab PLA Matte.

Sorry to hear that. Did you make sure to remove all the support completely? Could you also measure the thickness of the board precisely? I’ve noticed a slight difference in thickness from board to board.

I added 18mm magnets so they can be used as both hooks and magnetic mounts
