Description

This is a 100 Round 9mm ammo box. It has a locking sliding cover. I like to slide the cover back to reveal 5 rounds and dump the out in 5 round increments. It was designed to have the bullet side facing down. It is an easy print and requires no support. You can adjust the colors easily in the Bambu slicer. The text is user editable, so you can customize it.

Rev 2 Update - Changed cover boarder around bullet from round to oval. Lowered the mid round tray by .125" (3mm). Changed bullet logo to not be colored full thickness to save time and material.

Great print as always! I do have a suggestion though, lower the ammo divider. I use a few different rounds and see an issue when it’s not standard ammo. My home defense hollow points sit very very low (left), my tracer rounds sit just a little low (middle) and my range ammo sits at the highest (left). Without having decent nails it is hard to get the hollow points out. if the divider was lowered maybe 5mm then I could use any ammo and not have issues storing any type of 9mm ammo.

thanks for the feedback. I like the suggestion. I will put out another rev this week as time permits.

Awesome model, perfect for my hand loads. The first couple I used the .3mf painting for but then I realized changing color at layer height was significantly faster and looked cleaner (to me). Thanks for the model, I'm sure I'll be making more 👌

looks great! there is a new version out that I lowered the round holder tray to accommodate hollow points or shorter rounds better. the new version also does not have the bullet be full color all the way through. thanks for sharing and the boost….much appreciated.

prints awesome, had my temp up a little too high and got a little stringing with PET-G, but nothing that hurt anything. printed the red one in PLA and it came out perfect. thanks for the awesome prints

yes the PETG gets very stringy. I have been playing around with the PETG, but have not found reliable settings.

just like this creators 22LR box, it printed perfectly. great retention on the sliding door, sized propertly for 9mm rounds. good to go!

Very well designed, sturdy and functional. After printing 3 of them for personal use, I concluded that making them stackable would be ideal. Regardless, thank you!

Great print! My only complaint is the bullet print goes through the lid. That caused some extra time to print and extra waste using AMS when switching between colors.

I can’t seem to find it if you wouldn’t mind sharing the link? I see in the description of this print mentioning it, but Im unable to find it. I only see the profile I used even after checking your page

Great print! Any chance we could get this version (with the text and bullet) with 50 rounds as well?

love the look of this. I’m in the middle of printing this. but I cut the print time and waste by removing the full thickness bullit coloring, and making it as deep as the 9MM coloring. was it full thickness coloring for a reason or just happen to be that way?

D The box is very good, but unfortunately too high for 9mm P.A.K ammunition. Will there be a suitable one for that as well? That would be really great. I have been looking for exactly such a box. Thumbs up nonetheless

The 380 ACP box would be a closer fit. https://makerworld.com/models/610204
