Bambu Lab Custom Filament Swatch

After searching for a while, I couldn’t find a filament swatch I liked that matched the original Bambu Lab one and allowed you to print the filament info at the same time. After playing around with settings in Bambu Studio, I’m pretty happy with how closely this model resembles the original. It keeps the clean look and is easy to customize for your needs. To print the one that looks closest to the original Bambu Lab swatch, you need to use a 0.2 mm nozzle but that is not mandatory.

You can easily edit the text in Bambu Studio by clicking on "Objects," right-clicking the text you want to change, and selecting "Edit Text." If you need to move the text around, just drag the pink square while editing. To adjust the camera view and see the text directly, click on the build plate and press “Ctrl + 1 or 2.”

Note: The yellow modifier cube on the 0.4 mm nozzle print profile is only used as a guide to help you align the text properly. You will see that it disappears when you click on slice plate.

The model has 4 print profiles:

• 0.2mm nozzle AMS – Closest to the original, with small embedded text
• 0.2mm nozzle NO AMS – Same as AMS version, but with embossed text and a pause to change filament
• 0.4mm nozzle AMS – Larger embedded text
• 0.4mm nozzle NO AMS – Same as AMS version, but with embossed text and a pause to change filament

Note: If you don’t want any text on the swatch, just right-click the text in the object list and delete it.
