U will need:

  • Case - M2.5x10 self tapping screws X13
  • Pi - M2.5x6-8 self tapping screws X4
  • Mounting Case - M5x10 BHCS or SHCS X2-4
  • 4010 Fan - M3x12 BHCS X4 + M3 Heatset inserts X4

No supports are needed for this design.

Red faces can be removed for wire/ribbon access (see 3MF)

A very good design, with an excellent air duct for optimal heat dissipation.

Other Issues:Shape of SD slot bent my card and got red hot and destroyed my pi5

Oh that is unfortunate, sorry to hear that. how? forced in?

The size of the structure around the SD slot is too big and it caused the card to be distorted when the case was assembled. It only cost me £90 pounds in destroyed PI and SD. Beware using this.
