Description

We've created this Sally Mask to go along with our popular Jack Skellington Mask because every Jack needs a Sally! This has been designed as a face mask rather than a helmet for pairing with a wig - we highly recommend the one we used and will comment with a link below, but feel free to use any wig you want. We have perforated her eyes to allow you to see quite well when you're wearing the mask.

Printing - There are three versions available - A simple 4 color print which can be seen in the photos and video above, which is very close to the movie version. There is a black stitched 4 color print, which is closer to drawings and paintings of Sally, and then there is the 5 color print, which uses a different shade of blue for her stitches and eye shadow. This is probably the best one, but we understand that not many people out there have 2 AMS units. It IS possible to map the red to the white slot on an AMS and swap it out when the eyes are done, there's about 40 layers in between to do so.

Post Processing - The supports themselves are quite easy to remove, but please be gentle when removing them from under the eyes. We didn't have issues here but can understand how this could cause damage with too much force. The perforations on the eyes will need to be cleaned up - we used a dental pick to poke the support interface from holes that were clogged but please note that you do not have to have every hole clear, and can see just fine if some of them are still filled. You will also want to use the dental pick to help remove the supports from under the eyelashes - we poked/pushed them to loosen them, then worked them out.

Please like and tell your friends about this design. If you would be so kind as to share your results, we'd love to see how you got on!

As always, please rate this print so others know how awesome it is :) If you would be so kind and to Boost and Follow us, we'd truly appreciate it!

Much love,

Jack and Sally

Great model! Thank for sharing it! I printed it with a Bambu Lab A1 and PLA Matte Ice Blue, which matches Sally's skin tone perfectly! I printed the mask without eyes and used a white plastic mesh for eyes instead. For the final touches, I used acrylic paint. The second pic is my BF and I as Sally and Jack. The mask was a hit!

Thank you for the great template I printed it with Glow in the Dark filament, unfortunately the red filament is not very bright, but it looks amazing

i’ve done this print twice. I have issues with the support on the eyes, breaking it off even gently. Any suggestions or modifications? I’m going on number three. The Jack one came out amazing. son loves it, love all the updates too that I’ve read. I know this is a new mask with Sally. the eyes are an issue. I’m just trying to find time to modify the print myself. but if anyone has anything please share.
