I printed with Monoprice Premium filament. it printed perfectly, however, when I attempted to insert it into the spool, two of the ou cars broke off. Why? Is it supposed to break off?

From the picture, it looks like the fit might be too tight, but it shouldn't have broken. In most cases, it should still be usable. What's the inner diameter of your spool? I can create a custom version that fits your spool better.

I have re-uploaded the configuration file, providing two versions with different sizes. Choose the appropriate version to print based on the spool hub diameter. The second version (65-70 mm)might be a better fit for you.

Came out fine using Bambulab Basic PETG, the spool is JAYO Rainbow PLA and fits well.

Everything is fine with the printer. Unfortunately, I haven't found a spool that I use where this works. The new Sunlu rolls fit on the AMS Lite and my G-Tech filament rolls fail.
