Why not make the individual parts available for printing? I broke the file down (silver function Split to Objects), printed it individually, in separate colors, and at full size it only took about 8 hours and less than 160g of filament. At the end I glued everything together and it was done.

How did you get the eyes to fit? Update: I scaled the eyes down to help them fit. I found that if you scale X and Y to 90% and Z to 80% they fall right in place.

Brother that came out awesome!! I dont know why many creators don't break files down to glue them. I don't have a problem gluing pieces together and sometimes is even cleaner. It would be nice if you can include that profile you made with separate pieces, love how that came out. Also do you have a glue of choice when putting pieces together?
