Gridfinity General-Purpose Hex-Grid Bins

These Gridfinity bins can hold anything! These are designed such that longer objects like pens, scissors, pliers, tweezers or anything else can wedge into the bin in a secure manner without having to use a bin explicitly designed for that object.

There's a variety of grid-cell-sizes and bin dimensions available. The hex cells get slightly tighter towards the bottom, so everything stays put securely. You'll be surprised how much stuff these can hold.

TPU Variant

If you have TPU available, I strongly recommend printing my TPU variant of these bins instead. While these work well, the TPU version works incredibly well, as the insert can stretch around the objects you push in.
