Description

Wanted to create some insulin vial storage that took up less space in the fridge, so set out to design this. Will hold 20 vials of insulin with a fairly small footprint, and collapse smaller when not using the bottom tray.

This print is a really great idea. I made the print on my X1C, but the fit between upper and lower part do not work. Fits novo rapid so perfect, but upper and lower part (the two parts) does not fit unfurtunatly. Do you have an advice on how I can make it fit? Or can you advice me on what I have made wrong? Thank you in advance 😉

try scaling up the upper by 1% or so. it’s probably just the specific properties of the material you’re using.

I will try that - I used bambu lab matte (blue) and bambu lab basic (white) 😉

I've used them for Novolog and Humalog 10mL vials.

I scaled the upper part by 0.5% and it fits perfect. Great way to save space in the fridge. I fits Novo Rapid - and it looks really nice.

Awesome! Glad it worked out for you! Different materials have slightly different shrink properties and I'm a little obsessive on tolerances lol. I printed with eSun PLA+
