It's a print setting on BambuLab. It's called "fuzzy skin".

That’s what that setting looks like! I haven’t used it yet. Your print is a fantastic picture to show this setting, I haven’t been able to really see it on other makers photos. Thanks! super cute design too! I’ll be printing it soon.
