HEX Dry Pods

Keep your filament dry with these contemporary dry pods designed to be inserted into your Bambu Labs AMS unit along with the option to use a Bambu Labs Hygrometer.

 

Each kit consists of 2x slim pods, 2x wide body pods and 1x hygrometer pod for the centre.

 

Filling

Simply print the Desiccant filler cup and fill it with your chosen desiccant. Then pour your desiccant into each of the dry pods to your preferred level. Don't go too close to the top as it will prevent the lid fitting.

 

Hygrometer

If you are using the Bambu Labs Hygrometer, identify the correct orientation, lay the pod on a flat surface and simply push the hygrometer into place in the pod.

easy print like the design with the deer heads had a failure but an easy fix..

They look good. I can see some slight adhesion issues on certain parts there. I’d suggest using some build plate glue to avoid that happening. 👍🏼

Generally the default settings for PLA will give you great prints when using build plate glue. I'd also advise lifting the lid a little to provide ventilation. I've created the lid lift cubes for this purpose.

What I like about this product The lid is a push-on type, not a sliding type, and the entrance is small so the silica gel does not overflow. The push-on lid can be pushed in even if there is slightly more silica gel. The holes are small, so small silica gel can be used (small silica gel is the mainstream in my country)
