Description

A bolt action pen that uses the Pilot G2 Mini insert. The mini insert makes for the perfect pocket size edc pen, making it a strong companion alongside my original full size design. This design also introduces a knurled tip and a pocket clip attachment that bring more variety to the lineup and provide options for the full size Bolt Action Pen users.

Good design! Not easy to find g2 xs7 for a good price here. Wondering if there's a cheaper compatible refill.

eryone pla+ army green, cc3d pla silk grey, amazon basics pla neon orange. but the cc3d pla is not that good... layers do not stick well and it's not ideal for this print. better stick to valuable brands :)

Printed easily the first time. I separated the plate into 3 objects and was able to get all the colors done in one go. Thank you! Bambu Matte PLA: Dark Green, Charcoal, Ivory White

I bought a pack of Pilot G2 Mini pens. I harvested the spring and the ink cart from that.

Love the way this came out ...also made the full size too. Used both metal and bronze PLA filaments from bambu. They will get put to work 2moro

It looks great when printed. But the functionally is flawed because of a design that has zero tolerances built in. Thus the moving parts have too much friction and you have to apply more force which could make the pen snap. Carbon fiber filaments are also out of the question because of the non existing tolerances. Please make sure moving parts of your design have 0.02mm tolerances. And also please redesign the thread.

hmm try calibrating your filament it worked fine for me, Yes the tolerances are right but loose enough that after a couple days of use it will work perfectly
