-After countless hours of 3D modeling, absolutely grinding the crap out of SOLIDWORKS, and 50+ test prints… I finally have a functional stapler.
-This stapler is completely manual. After every use, you will have to slide the staples up one at a time. But more than that, you'll also have to press the bendy side pieces to actually “staple” something.
-Other than those few points, I believe this is the first model (that I could find) of a functional stapler!
-Whether you're missing a stapler or need something you don't care about losing, then this stapler is for you!
-Use the print profile if you want :P
What you need: -All printed parts
Optional: -Channel Lock Pliers -Strong Fingers | |
Attach the Puncher to the other puncher with the small peg. | |
Slide your ammunition (staples), into the staple stack.
The slider part can be used for assistance. | |
Align the holes on the bottom with the holes on the staple chamber.
Slide the long peg into one side, while keeping it from exiting the first portion. | |
Align your puncher with the other holes and give it a good squeeze until the peg is flush with the surface of the stapler. | |
