Description
Small adapter to use Polymaker (55mm) cardboard spools on a 22 mm rod/spoolholder.
compatible with 1kg and 2.5kg spools. The third picture shows the part partially installed. Compress it and press it in one circular motion. Removal is the same process.
Versions:
- pAdapter-2: Only use this with filament that can take the fulling (repeated deformation)
- pAdapter-3: The Adapter design I use at the moment. Should work with most materials (reinforced version) (zero failures till now)
- pAdapter-4: Identical to pAdapter-3 beside the chamfer that might help with inserting the adapter.
Remarks:
Print two of them. One for each side.
No support required.
