Super important!

You need to buy PC4-M6 with PTFE pass through! Like this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32815027413.html

Normal PC4-M6 will not work!

 

  • Remember to print it standing like a Y, but up-side-down.
  • Use normal support on build plate only!
  • Print in 0.08 layer height, otherwise threads may not work.
  • Print in glossy PETG for low friction.

Worked exceptionally well. I printed in PETG with .2mm nozzle instead a .12 layer. The PC4-M6 screwed on without any effort and the transition through the channels was smooth. Thank you for creating this and sharing with the community.

I find that the holes for the PC4-M6 are too shallow, the neck of the PC4-M6 thread is 5ish mm long, and the holes are 3ish. Can't Screw the PC4-M6 all the way, as I want it to be more compact. I did cut off the length I needed and pasted a piece at each end matching the threads, in the slicer itself. I also increased the size of the model by 0.50%, as initially the threads needed to be tapped with a m6 tap to fit the PC4-M6. Maybe printing in PLA is not ok with this model, but that is what I got atm. I will see how it turns out and post an update.

Good print, only bottom holes we a bit of pain to clear. But is works fine after cleanin.
