Simple model with some occasional utility. Please use PETG for any 3D print that might touch real food. Post printing perfect cleaning is required. For cleaning I used a blade and lot of sanding. Finally I have applied a thin layer or alimentary oil with a cloth to recover the color and to remove the very thin plastic particles.
Slicing the potatoes requires a learning curve - three potatoes in my case. Finally I grabbed the potato with a hand using a kitchen towel, pushed and rotate the tool up to almost the end of the potato, then while still having some grip on it I reversed the action.
