Multiple plates, and multiple pieces. Glued together.
Sorry - no instructions included with original, easiest way for me was to use a reference photo.

Super Ergebnis, welches Filament hast du genutzt, und wie hast du die Shades der Augen gemacht?

Als Material habe ich Sunlu PLA genommen. als Klebstoff normalen PLA Flüssigkleber. Im Profil sind die Augen ja leer ich habe mit einfach auf Amazon ein schwarzes flexibles Visir bestellt und passend zugeschnitten und anschließend von innen in den Helm geklebt

I don't have an AMS so I decided to print and Paint. I got a lod if trouble with the plate Nr. 5 witch caused by my bad printing experience so far. anyway... Helmet is done. I could ride a book about my failures while printing but this is another topic. thanks for sharing!

it was a Mix of regularly primer (about 3 Layers) and color coat (two more layers). After that just one layer of clear coat. that's it.

could you re-upload the last plate? there are multiple g-Code issues for the P1S file. I tried it now twice but issues occurred at the exact same spot.

Sorry I haven't had anyone mention this issue yet; if there were 'g-code issues', Bambu would not allow the file to be uploaded. Reuploading with my same settings won't do much good if you think that's the issue. You can download this part/plate by opening the .3mf file and saving the specific model/.stl from the plate you need. This will allow you to print with your own filament profile/machine settings.

I am doing it now. Could you try to open your print profile for P1S? It will only opened a P1P profile in Bambu studio. I think it’s a firmware version issue.

So after consulting Reddit BambuLap Sub, it seems like it is an issue of the model when printing from BambuHandy mobile app. Your model has some g-Code that works (may be you even modified the code?) but when printing from the mobile app the g-code will be ignored and the model gets re-sliced by BambuLab web service.

Printing it right now. The original Stormtrooper ANH helmet on printables actual has an image to show the assembly instruction.

long time to print at least for me the longest so far almost 80 hours printing plus some cause on the 4th plate had a jamb up in the poop shute so printing stopped until i could clear it. have some extra hands around when fitting and gluing together
