DO NOT BRING THIS TO PUBLIC PLACES OR SCHOOLS, NOT EVERYONE CAN TELL WHATS A TOY AND WHAT ISN'T. NEVER AIM OR SHOOT AT PETS OR SOMEONE WHO DOES NOT WANT TO BE SHOT, ALWAYS WEAR PROPER EYE PROTECTION WHEN BATTLING. BE SAFE, HAVE FUN AND DONT RUIN THE HOBBY FOR RESSPONSIBLE USERS.

If you have made any of my other blasters this should relatively easy to assemble, for those not familiar I will try and upload a build video soon. I am always open to constructive criticism, comments, concerns and suggestions for future designs. For the best chance of getting your suggestion made, I am highly partial to Futuristic SMGs and Pump-Action Shotguns.

is anyone else having trouble printing the lower frame? I’m a noob to printing so I printed with designer specs and the lower frame fails about 60% through. I’m printing now with extra supports. I have an x1c

Could you send me some picture of the failure and maybe I can help troubleshoot, it's a little weird that the lower frame is failing

I got the lower frame to print, but have just had a second fail in the same area on the rear stock rail print. not sure about why this is failing? it’s like the raft on some of these areas are debonding from the textured plate, but also some weird stuff happening with the support

I guess it’s the sight and stock base on plate four not the rear stock rail on plate 2 that is failing

It's great. It took me more than a week to print it. I also made a bayonet and a gun barrel for it. It's very cool. Unfortunately, the files on the Chinese site have been removed. I can only leave you a comment here.

Very nice! That is very cool that you made your own parts for it! Not sure why it was removed from the Chinese site, but thank you very much!

Thanks! I hope that one day Ill be able to figure out a semi-automatic mechanism that can still eject shells, but it seems like a very difficult task.

Wonderful build! Everything printed fine first run. My son loves it. Action cycles smoothly and the trigger feels great. The bullet shooting part of it isn't working for me as the bolt doesn't seem to takeup the case well...but that doesn't matter to him. My biggest suggestion is that the holes for the nuts are too small! I went through three different M3 nut/bolt packages from Amazon before finding one that the nuts were small enough to fit in the designed holes. (This is the package that worked for me in case anyone is looking https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CMQG542V?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&;th=1 ) And a small error on your diagram, the bolt holding the foregrip is listed as 25mm, but it should be 32mm I'd imagine. I couldn't find 32mm bolts to save my life, so I just used 35mm and it sticks out some. You also don't list the bolt size for the magazine release--I made this work but don't remember the bolt I used. All in all a great build! Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback, I will get the diagram correctly labeled and add the missing info! As for your other questions/comments... 1. Feeding- Make sure you quickly and forcefully push the charging handle forward otherwise it might jam, getting a proper feed trajectory was the hardest part for me and it's definitely still not perfect. 2. M3 Nuts - How much to tight do you estimate the holes for the nuts were? I've been just rebuying the same amazon bolt kit and designing around that, but if there's a big variation between different suppliers I will add that tolerance to future designs. 3. 32mm Bolt - There should be a file for a 30mm printed dowel in the model files that I used for the sight and foregrip that just friction fit slides in and hold pretty good. I should have checked to see if 32 mm bolts exist but I backed myself into a corner with the design. I really appreciate you taking the time to write all this out, it really helps me make better models in the future. Let me know if this info helps, feel free to DM if you have any more questions!

Using my calipers on the 3 nuts from 3 kits, these are the measurements: 1. 5.39mm Fits when pressed into place 2. 5.41mm - No fit 3. 5.45mm black nuts - No fit. Only other suggestion I forgot to mention was the small lever to hold the folding stock in place is pretty flimsy. I told my boy just play with it until the breaks and then we'll glue it permanently in place. A more firm locking mechanism here would be more practical for the kids that will inevitably play with it. But again...my favorite build I've printed! Thanks!!

Oh wow, those are quite a bit bigger than what I use! Mine measured 4.9mm across and even they needed to be pressed in lightly. The wholes are 5.54 mm wide in CAD but that's obviously not what it comes out as when printed. I will make sure to increase the whole size next time! The stock latch is not great, Its definitely something to be improved in the future. I could design a designated fixed Stock if your kid would prefer that over gluing it in place. Thanks again for the feedback, I'm glad you can still enjoy it even with the issues!

Amazing design, I'm half way through it. Some of the parts I was nervous printing up right, so I split them and print them flat, I will glue/drill holes for M3 bolts afterwards. it will take longer to print, but with support and different support material the prints look sick! maybe this is something you can bake in to your design. for the springs I will try some thicker sizes to see if it works better.

smart to separate them like that! I've always thought a off doing clamshell designs and I think I might need to in the future if I want to start making .ore complicated projects

I've got some 1mm wire diameter springs coming that I'm excited to try. As the model currently is, there is room for longer and more powerful springs just haven't had a chance to try them yet.

Am I crazy or is the shorter magazine missing from plate 3 of the HUNTER model? Currently printing the longer magazine from the TACTICAL model, but I would like the shorter one if I can get it.

Awesome! I am slowly assembling it but I've hit a few road blocks. I'm trying to put in the striker latch spring, but I'm finding most springs I have are way too big. Is it supposed to go in that hole? It doesn't seem possible that even if I could get it in the hole, anything 25mm in length would possibly fit. I'm also using a spring with OD 3mm and it wouldn't go in the hole anyways, even though the specs say use anything smaller than 5mm. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

I think this is probably my favorite print that I’ve ever printed / put together. Only took me about 1.5-2 days to print everything. It all came out great and was a blast to put together.
