I keep getting the same failure with the interior piece. 2 different filaments on 2 different printers, both failing at the same spot. Any suggestions?

Thanks for replying. After 2 additional failures on a 3rd printer, I found the solution. Speed was not the issue. I just added a profile that utilizes a brim for stability. Thanks!

Struggled with this one... the thin section kept snapping off, no matter how slow I went, or what settings I changed... until I added manual tree supports under the "lip" of the outer section. Then it printed perfectly. Sometimes all we need is a little support. ;)

This is so fun! The pieces fit together perfectly and the layer lines are only visible for the most part on the inside of the model where it isn't seen when assembled. I could fidget with this all day. Thank you for the upload!

This came out perfect on the first print and I love how smooth the slide action is - finally had a chance try out some fluorescent orange filament as well. Thanks so much!

The fit is too tight. They won't go together and, after a point, they won't come apart. The prints are clean, there's just not enough clearance. X1C.

Try editing the X-Y Contour Compensation to -.35 or to -.4 that should give some better clearance
