Other Issues:The parts are not dimmensioned to fit. The spinner is so big that it falls off. The inner and outer parts of the inner ring have roughly the same dimension, so they will never be able to snap together. The inner-most ring part does not have a larger rim-part, to compensate for fitting inside the larger ring, and holding the spinner in place. TLDR: NOTHING fits. And dimensioning will not fix the problem. The model needs rebuilding.
