I find the original festival wristband seals too clunky so i was looking online for alternatives. Found something like this online but each costs 1.5€ wich is a money grad to say the least. So i created my own design and this is what i came up with. I does'nt know how these work but i used 2x the 19x1mm andsomehow got it to work and looking pretty good. Positive sideeffect is that you could take them off for work for example.
The 19x1mm ones i used for my 19mm wristband are queit snug and a bit of a hustle to get them on alone. But since they are so snug i feel quiet confident they wont slip.
I scaled them for all the common festival wristband sizes and also made a 1.5mm high, more rigid version of each, since the 1mm version with PETG ist quite flexible. Also would recommend using PETG or better like ABS or ASA. I chose PETG because i thought it would be beneficial if it is a little bit flexible and has good temperature resistance aswell.
If you're not sure wich one fits you, i made one plate with all sizes. Also if you know you need for example the 20mm one, but are not sure if you want the 1 or 1.5mm high version, you can just unchack the ones you dont need on the bambu studio smartphone app. Starts from smallest (left) to biggest (right) and top are the 1mm high and bottom the 1.5mm high versions. If none of these fit you then you can always scale them up in the slicer to suit your needs.
If you like it and are as happy as i am with these new seals, then a like or boost to my model is much appreciated
