hi the prints are lovely my wife loves them. but we are having trouble with beauty and the beast 1 it has micro holes in the print and can't seem to get rid of them. any advice would be appreciated.

Hello Chris. Thanks for taking the time to print and share photos. For the issue with the holes perhaps you can try running the first layer a little hotter or you can attempt flow calibration before hand. Please keep in mind that I am no expert but I have tried this before with another print. (see first photo for settings) In relation to your second photo I notice that the infill is showing through the white which may not be ideal for this I recommend that you change your bottom shell layers to 5. (see 2nd screenshot) I will update both print profiles with this change now. Thanks again for your feedback. I hope this helps.

I will try your suggestions many thanks again for the rapid reply very much appreciated. keep up the work it is amazing. 💪💪 just tried a different print of yours from a different set of coasters and they are flawless. they do print in a different order, I found the ones from set1 print the colour 1st then the black/white infill whereas set 2 does the black/white first then the colour silhouette. would this cause a problem? And they look brilliant in the duel red/gold silk. my wife is trying to match the colours to the princess 🤦‍♂️

There are some very little gaps in some images edges, I guess that due to those edges shape and the nozzle size. Even with that, it is spectacular and we love them!
