Want to know that mysterious hole is for? If you look behind the screen pad, to the right, you'll find a USB port. You can run power from that USB port and - if you wanted - you could pull the USB (USB C / Thunderbolt Cable) Through that little hole. On the box, there was a phone holder mount - that's where / how you can mount it. Like this :) - They also sell P1Touch Add-ons that you can attach to the top of the box, those addons are powered by that USB. Basically, people attached phones to have a touch screen instead of the small screen to the left. Anyways, I no longer use the phone, so I downloaded this instead. But good print - I boosted it :)

This is great. Thanks! BTW, the hole is for a wire if you want to access the USB power plug inside the printer. It's hard to see because it is on the top left side of the printer. I had to use my phone camera in selfy mode to see it.
